Cull, another one of those items that need an upgrade

Cull is like a lame scythe.... That gets you a little extra gold but then what??? nothing...

So maybe after you get 100 minion kills... You can sell the 'cull' and get that 350 gold or upgrade it cheaply to become a 'large cull' that has new stats...

If you get 200 minion kills you can upgrade to the 'larger cull' that has upgraded and extra stats maybe like extra life steal against minions??

Then when you are at 300 minion kills you could get the 'CULL SCYTHE' where you get the ability to kill a super minion in 2 auto attacks..

No. Cull is a LANING item which you buy when you're sure that you won't interact with enemy laner much, OR you buy it if you're forced to back really early.

Your idea contradicts this design by making it a scaling item. Cull is just a "bonus" gold for a midgame, if you're able to farm and survive. Your version of cull would make it a really unreliable (if the minions kill will reset after upgrades) or really busted (if the minions kill wouldn't reset). I'd rather have entirely new item instead of farming gimmick item.

Also, back in the days we had completed items which scaled with minion kills (BT, Warmogs) but they were removed by Riot, so they probably don't want to come back to this design.

having the option to upgrade those starting items would be nice. more options of items...
