Nerfing it for ranged champs without ruining what is the main damage item for many melees. If i'm going to get melted in 2 seconds as a tank i'm fine with it being someone who has to get in my face instead of stay out of range the entire time.
You don't think hyper carries like Master Yi aren't abusing it also? If it gets nerfed it's going to get nerfed for everyone. It's not just adc's who are abusing it.
