Any one Else Getting SUPER LOW FPS

Not sure if this is just a me issue or this has been happening all day, but any one else getting Rediculously low FPS suddenly

I mean yesterday I was getting perfectly fine games and smooth FPS

login today and i'm getting single digit fps.

Had the same thing today, maybe check your graphics card drivers, mine suddenly got corrupted somehow...
