Karma is busted in URF. Her Q is never on cooldown and she can be shielded and hasted for ever. Ulti has a lot of up time.

so yeah everything is broken.

The Garen I played against just failed miserably against my AP KogMaw he isn't even particularly good.

Garen is bugged, they should disable him, really not sure why they don't. Spamming E gives double damage because you get two instances of E activated at once. It's dumb as fuck and anyone who's using it is exploiting it.

Even in ranked any good garen will usually max his E before his Q for his damage source since the E deals more sustained damage.

There's broken and there's soo broken that my gold doesn't matter. Double spam 'e' build whatever i want and still do more damage than any ad trying for ad.
