Possible solution for the teammates affected by trolls/intentional feeding/ragequits

First of all for this to work solo/duo queue must be made solo only because people could abuse this. It wouldn't work for flex queue.

If the troll gets reported and action is taken against them, why not just give the teammates an excused loss the next time they lose? Since refunding lp doesn't work because it takes a while for riot to look over certain games and you might be at 100 lp or in your promos. If the game is solo queue only it can't be abused except in masters/challenger because most of the players know each other, but trolling/inting doesn't happen often at that elo.

What are some possible reasons this wouldn't work and why?
