Should Team Builder come back as a practice queue?

I'm a player with high gold/low plat rank. And though i can play at that skill level on one of my mains (poppy). It's a completely different story when trying to practice anyone knew, especially with high skillcap (yasuo, leblanc, riven, etc).

It feels almost pointless and impossible to try and learn a new champion, when i try a 2nd game yasuo and am literally matched up against THE hauntzer on riven... How am i supposed to learn anything when i'm vs someone who is pro on a super hard scaling champ?

I would love to see team builder come back as a way to artificially deflate your mmr with the express intent of practicing new rolls.

Similar to how it used to work, you enter team builder and request x position, and it deflates your mmr for the sake of practicing new champions.

some potential inhibitors: 1: you can only pick a champion you don't have mastery rank 5 to ensure people don't just use this to beat on newer players 2: it's a flat decrease to your mmr, not a % amount, this way higher teir players are still likely to vs higher teir players

and for the people who say 'just play bots to practice' i can 1v5 intermediate bots on almost any champion at 15 minutes. that's not saying 'i'm real good' that's simply because the bots are so very predictable and binary and that is incredibly easy to read. just because someone can beat bots doesn't mean they can mechanically play a champion in a super high skill environment

They could get rid of both normal que so that team builder be the only one remaing, this way people will not have to wait to long to make a game.
