Can we change Relic Shield please?

This post is more towards ThreshThresh using Relic Shield. I use it on him 100% of the time, but it is rather tricky at times to get it off in lane. Sometimes I miss cannon because my Passive on E is down/not charged. I've noticed that a lot of players have been switching to/always been using coin. Now that coin has changed a little bit I can see why its better, but I feel like its just not as good.

Also, Relics "Spoils of War" passive feel pointless past laning phase. item 3069 Passive gives "Point Runner", great for escaping and engaging. (Probably why it's not bad on Thresh) item 3092 Passive gives "Tribute", great all game long with good gold return. item 3401 Passive gives "Spoils of Whatever Your Team Leaves in Lane", useful early for health, useless late.

I'm not asking for a complete change in all the support items, just something to make Relic more useful late game, and less complicated with Thresh.

You just compared the Point Runner passive to the gold gaining passives for the other two items, which is not the comparable passive. Favor is the gold granting passive that is offered by the Talisman, and it, like Spoils of War, is useless once late game arrives because it too depends on minion death. In fact, the only remaining viable gold passive is Tribute, because it procs on champ hits and structure hits. As for point Runner, it's there because the stats on the Talisman itself are rather mild compared to the stats on the other two, plus, Talisman had in the past granted flat movement speed.

I thing having range compensates for not having the execute, since you could quite easily proc relic charges without risking your own skin.
