Pretty Sure Zed got Nerfed

Not sure if Riot meant to do this to zed or not, but armor pen got nerfed early on and as mid laners generally rush a seekers armguard against him, it's even more effective now, and his late game isn't as strong as it used to be because his you don't get the same AD from his ult passive as you did from his w, unless you are playing against a rengar or jhin. I think buffing his Q damage to 1.0 bonus ad ratio it used to have would put him in a good spot while not making him oppressive.
