Question about Ashe Q + Runaan's Hurricane + Botrk

Description of Ashe's Empowered Q: "...Ranger's Focus also causes each of her basic attacks to fire a flurry of five arrows. Each arrow deals modified physical damage that benefits from Frost Shots and life steal, and each flurry triggers on-attack effects five times but on-hit effects only once."

Since the effect of item 3085 is an on-attack effect, it triggers 5 times from Ashe's Empowered Q, but something with an on-hit effect like item 3153 would only trigger once.

But here's where I'm confused. What would happen if you built both item 3085 and item 3153 ? The item description of item 3085 states that it applies on-hit effects for each bolt, so would that proc item 3153 5 times anyway not from Ashe's Q, but from item 3085?

Ashe's tiny flurry bolts don't apply on hit effects by themselves. It's still 1 on hit effect per auto. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

My understanding is that the runaan's will only proc on-hit effects that affect the attack that procs the runaan's. So bascially you have:

Flurry produces one attack that applies on-hit effects and four attacks that do not (these 4 only apply on-attack effects). The first attack procs runaan's and applies on-hit effects as you would expect. The other 4 atttacks proc runaan's but since those 4 originating attacks have no on-hit effects there is nothing for runaan to proc (other than the runaan bolts, frost shot and lifesteal)... if that makes any sense.
