Is league also ready for a version of AP Jax with none of the usual drawbacks? Jax Stealing an ult which is mainly a passive element is so broken.

He actually converts the AD to armor ratio to an AP to armor ratio as well. So he gets a ton of armor and mr from it.

I think I read somewhere that with ults like Karma's where you cast the ult then another ability to actually make use of it, you just get access to the other abilities until you use one of them. Heimer's is similar I think

Yup. And form switch ults grant you their secondary form abilities until you recast the ult.

Gnar ult is usable without fury.

He get MegaNar's Ult (the massive shove stun)

For Karma and Dinger he presses the ult and then gets their other powers to pick from.

For Nid you press it and turn into a cat for the duration (80sish) and get all the cat powers and his Passive pros off them. Same with Elise

For Jayc he gets Jayc's Ranged powers for the duration but the scaling does not give any AD so they are weak

I believe it should be consumed when getting the dragon. P.s. Morde ult some how isnt weaker for having a pet dragon second part Like how Jax cant have decent base defenses because he has a windowed defensive buff ult or how Aatrox cant have decent anything cause he has a Revive ult and his revive was made weaker because its a revive.
