Fiora
I build her tanky with 40% cdr and trinity force mainly for the movement speed, i Q in and go out then Q in and use my ult on whoever is the closest to grab a the heal since she do % health true damage it's fast. otherwise if i build her squishy I get smash up by CC and die too fast.
how do you catch an enemy ADC and kill him i find hard to do.
i wish her Q had more range it's really hard to hit back and her cooldown on W is too long even with 40% cdr 9 second cooldown is huge!!!
it's funny how she have cooldown reduction per level but the cooldown is still longgggg!!!! back then fiora had more range on Q and could proc it twice!
and if you don't want us to be forced to build cdr give her Q lower cooldown
also getting 60% attack speed for the first 2 attack is lame, should stay for the whole duration, old fiora had 120% attack speed , and critical won't do much for you most important thing is the slow .
otherwise she's fine when played tanky dps. she can drop whatever she want late game but her early game is weak.
also her passive is buggy even when i hit him right on the spot sometime it won't work i'll probably post game play of it happening.
no that wasn't my first game with the fiora rework.
tl;dr
increase the movement speed on her passive at every level to be at maximum otherwise early game she's way to weak and it makes it impossible to hit every side of her passive.
increase her Q range reduce the cooldown because catching carries is practically impossible
reduce W cooldown by a lot
E keep attack speed for the duration.
nerf whatever you want doesn't matter because once i get that i know i'll be able to do my job.
