What am I to build against Nasus?
Seriously, what the damn does his Q scale with, are the stacks converted to ap ar ad for Q? Or is it true damage or some shit like that

His q is all physical and counts as an auto attack. Ninjas tabi and thornmail are good defensive items but if you don't build offensively and beat him early then you already lost
IMO the best thing to do against nasus is to beat him early and then zone him off minions. That keeps him from getting going.
If this helps you at all, I am a 100,000 master points Nasus main. I play both ADC and top and I have played with, as and against many nasus’s.
You want to try and deny him stacks early/mid game. The less stacks he has the better, but due to how he stacks he is going to eventually get a lot of stacks. So rather than building against him. I recommend learning how to play against him.
In the early game (if you are laning against him) you want to have the first wave push to you and try to get an early gank on nasus. To do this, don’t start auto attacking the minions as soon as they get into range. One thing that you can try to do is bait him into auto attacking you or your minions. If he auto attacks you then your minions shift aggro to him instead of enemy minions so your wave is getting killed quicker, same effect for him attacking the wave more. When nasus is overextended, initiate a fight with him while your jungler moves in for a gank. The gank is successful even if you don’t get a kill and he wastes flash (no flash lets you set up the same play again to get an almost guaranteed kill cause he has no flash).
TLDR: you want to take advantage of his weak early game to get a lead and spread it to other parts of the map. If you are an ADC, you want to have your team CC him to help kite him if you have trouble with kiting. In general as an ADC try to avoid getting close enough to get withered by nasus for that sweet 90% slow and AS reduction. Remember that Kiting and CC are his greatest weaknesses in situations where itemization doesn’t matter that much.
