Give Ohmwrecker a terrain destruction ability

So in the latest league podcast the designers were talking about a different iteration of Taliyah's ultimate where she would choose a chunk of terrain and remove it from the map for about 30 seconds. I think it would be a very interesting ability to see on an item that could use a powerful upgrade. Force a huge fight, take out the dragon/baron pit walls and collapse from a different angle. The gameplay possibilities this effect could bring are tremendous.

Riot had too many problems making it actually work but it's a feature that they are working on. Love to see it but not on ohmwrecker.
