Everyone already stop whining about it since riot doesnt give 2shits about our thoughts.

Takes no less than 18 minutes to stack, promotes selfish gameplay, discourages ganking, delays powerspikes of both the individual champion and the team comp. It's disproportionately good on certain picks, while just decent on others, and unviable on most. It doesn't benefit from Crit or Life Steal, but synergizes heavily with on-hit effects and attack speed. And giving up dragons heavily delays the upgrade.
