New Veil Item to line up with QSS

Does anyone else think its time for a new veil item which maybe builds into banshee's that gives earlier protection passive? I know there would probably be a few problems giving this to champions outside the adc role but I think adcs and sometimes mages really need a more accessible way to avoid stuff like fizz and vi ults. Qss does pretty good at cleansing stuff but on squish ranged champions that's usually not enough, especially in this meta. Its better to not take the cc in the first place even if before upgrading to banshee's you still take the dmg.

Rather have the nerf to the banshee's veil be reverted, it's cooldown used to be ~25 seconds; and they finally reverted the frozen mallet after nerfing it several months ago.

Honestly, i've always wished QSS built into banshee veil instead of negatron cloak

item 3211 + item 3140 + 400 (2900 total) = 300 hp, 70mr, Unique Passive - Quicksilver: removes all crowd control debuffs and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 30% for 1 second (90sec cooldown)

I would much rather pay more gold and have a longer cooldown just to not have the current banshee proc'd by something irrelevant

The good AD items are more for the assassins and bruisers, ADCs actually don't have many REAL options. For example item 3087 , a good split push item however most ADs can't afford it because not only does it give less AS than most of its counterparts, the very champions who need it need the extra AS and passives the other items give. A vayne or even graves for example, both would be good with shiv but for vayne both item 3046 and item 3094 are mechanically better for her. As for defensive items this is even more apparent in this meta. For example making item 3139 the qss items means you are getting an offensive defensive item which usually still takes up ur defensive slot. I'm not saying is bad but i would like to have both options properly with both having their own weakness. It would also help with those click to win type ults.
