Manaless Jungler?
I am thinking that I'd try to be a jungler as my secondary role. I'm wondering who are the best jungle champions that does not require mana? Well at least in this current patch

other than that, Shyvana, Rek'sai, Rengar, Lee Sin, Akali, Riven, Trynn and Rumble are all junglers or viable junglers.

Good comprehensive list of suggestions.
IMO the best among these are: Shyvana, Rek'Sai, and Lee Sin.
Riven and Rumble have worked in the past, but I've not tested them myself enough recently to argue whether or not they are good/viable now.
Malicious Metal1 votesShyvana's a good pick. So's Rek'sai.
Rester1 votesYou could also try Rengar if you feel like you can either power farm to 6 or find easy kills early on.
