Teemo is just so unfun to play against.
Yes, I'm aware that there are champions that do well against him, but if you're not one of those, you're just sitting under tower getting blinded so you just miss cs.

Not even getting blinded, you get autoed 2-3 times as well if you even think about going for that caster minion or try to get the melee minion before it comes in contact with your tower.
Obviously this is because of the travel speed of Teemo's projectiles and shit tower range. And shit tower damage so it doesn't even matter if he gets shot as long as he doesn't stay in the range.
Whenever there is a Teemo top... I go a AP mid laner.
His blind doesn't effect abilities.
To be honest, I don't know why people bring Teemo top - he is not a top laner what so ever (same as Quinn, Graves, etc.).
In my personal opinion, Teemo is one of the less bothersome top laners to face. I main top/jungle, Darius specifically, but anyone tanky at all can easily beat Teemo in lane. Just don't die at level two, recall, get a

, and bully the Teemo. Obviously if you pick Vayne top into Teemo you are going to have problems, but for the most part, as he has no dashes or escapes other than a small movement speed boost, he's easy to catch and kill.

Anyone who mains teemo should burn in hell since he is Satan 😄 and by mail in teemo, they sold their soul to the devil. He even has a Satan skin and teemo mains participated in the Holocaust and think the nazis were right and represent the seven deadly sins. Here i am saying edgy shit since they give me cancer but i pick pantheon every time I'm laning against one and i out bully satan.
I honestly can't think of a single top laner that would lose lane to a Teemo right now. Aside from Tryndamere, but he just sits top all day and split pushes even if he's 0/10. People like Aatrox, Fiora, Garen, Darius, and Renekton all just rush and proceed to shit on Teemo. Tanks with limited mobility just farm under tower and out-scale him. Then there's shit like bruiser Fizz and brusier Ekko top that completely fuck him over. Quinn top is basically a much better version of Teemo top.
