Why the actual fuck is Gragus one shotting me with tank items?!?

That build is not full tank and most of his items give burst. Deadmans enhances your first auto. Ludens gives a ludens proc and some AP. And Iceborn does sheen things. And Abyssal adds 10% to all of that.

And Veigar has what? 30 MR?

Just build this item: Now you cannot be bursted and can now draintank the gragas.

Who were you, what was the level difference, and what were your items and his items?

Well. His bases are decent. You were probably a couple of levels behind and squishy, he has a %health dmg ability (that really helps to jungle) and Abyssal helps a lot also.

BOOHOO a player whos champ can tank my damage and had damage modifiers in his build/kit killed me , it wasnt me being caught out or out of position its bad game design [zombie-brand-facepalm]

If you want anyone to take you remotely seriously, I'd recommend providing video evidence (or, at the very least, a link to the match history).

Considering we have the replay system, you don't really have an excuse not to.
