Shaco hurts

that would make him nigh useless.

Shaco excels at punishing people who don't know how to play against him (i.e. who pick predictable jungling paths, overextend in lane, or wander alone in the jungle). When you get to higher tiers with more experience players, more of them should know how to play around Shaco and marginalize him.

Whenever I see a Shaco, I know exactly how he is going to play in my game.

He is going to troll me hard in the jungle and my team early-mid game, then he is going to troll his team late game when he gets instagibbed.

Shaco is great early game, but falls off hard late game if he can't get to his target. Usually he will try a risky engage and try to bait with his clone, but if you are attentive, you should be able to pick out the one with the auras and CC him to death.

If you find he is camping your jungle, I find he will usually wait for you there and ignore his own jungle, which will allow you go farm his side if you are careful.
