I thought it was level 5, but yes, you now get a rigged hextech chest+key with particular contents instead of RP.

Yes, replaced with a hextech chest and key with some fixed drops from the chest. You get Ashe shard, Garen shard, blue and orange essence, and I believe one or two skin shards for Garen and/or Ashe skins.

Note that it is a bad idea to perm the Ashe and Garen champion shards. They are very cheap champions that you should instead buy for 450 IP (or free for Garen) and instead use the essence on a shard for a more expensive champion and the shards on 2/3 of a champion reroll.

You get one skin shard for a champion you own. Iguess if you dont own any it gives you the ashe/garen
