All of these changes but support items are still saturated with CDR items.

Seriously I do not need 80% CDR as a support, thank you though.

With a hard cap of 40% on CDR, 5% innate CDR from masteries being standard on every support in the game, and blue buff providing an extra 10% CDR, at the very most, a supports full build should not go over 35% CDR, and on teams whereh the support is the only one that would benefit from the mana regen properties of blue buff, 25%.

The absolute most supportive items such as Ardent Censor, the aura items, and the active items all have CDR, some even have a lot of it. Also, all 3 income items give 10% CDR. This basically means there is absolutely no room to get a mana regen item such as Athene's or more than 1 or 2 supportive items.

Why has the balance team not addressed this? Most of these items overlap quite well. There is nothing holding you back from benefiting from each of them except the fact that you are wasting CDR and thus making the item gold inefficient. Rebalance the stats of these items, support is already money-starved and difficult enough to itemize for. Support item changes were in much more dire need of a rework before the mage item changes. Please quit ignoring us.

tl;dr Take the support items most commonly built later or last and remove the CDR while giving them some other stats. Supports don't need 80% CDR. This is not to mention that some supports don't even rely on CDR at all.

Wait, what? You get boots/sightstone/gold item. 15% there. Then you need one slot for pinks.

That means you can get 2 more items. most of them having 10%/20%. Meaning you can cap it without losing too much gold. You only usually have 5 items, since you need pinks. So I dont see the problem?
