Really Riot, if this your plan to convince more people to buy hextech chests, it isn't going to work. No one really cares about these new mastery levels, honestly. Especially the method you have to do to get them.

Wh it's good for me for someone who owns all the champions, so if I want to level my masteries all I need to do is just disenchant the champions I have!
