Garen E OP !!!!

RIOT PLEASE....

After the new rework on Garen,He became OVER POWER. Specially his E. I played with him many times,If i build Full tank his E may reach 1500 damage,1 more ad item it reach 2000. I played against someone who build him full ad,His E was dealing more than 300 damage with each spin,I think it may reach(and i am not overstate) 5000 damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,I had more than 2500 HP and died in 1.5 second,You cant do anything if you were AP because of his silence,And same for ADC Because he will kill you before you do Anything,And if you were asking how did he reach the ADC,Let me remind you that his movement speed reach more than 500. I think that is OP so what do you think. I have an idea for his E ,Why don't you make it deal magic damage or make it scale with AP instead of AD . Please tell me if you agree if Garen is OP after his rework. Thanks for reading-and sorry for bad grammer or spelling

How did you graduate from school...? Also, sure. Let's make his E do magic damage. Let's ruin Cleaver for him, and pretty much make him useless

Then just make it scale with AP instead of AD,Or do you know what,Reduce its damage and we are done.

Are we really trying to bring back magician Garen? DFGaren is dead, deal with it. Full AD Garen isn't really a problem, but Juggernaut/Bruiser Garen is. If he built full AD and you cannot kite him or CC him to combo into destroying him, he deserves to kill you. However, his Bruiser build gives him actual tanky stats to go along with his high damage.

You do realize turning Garen into an AP bruiser would simply be a buff....? AP itemization is OP and it would mean his ult would deal more damage lol. He would effectively be tankier, doing more damage and be able to actually use Zhonyas and Rylai's
