@Riot Will Trinity Force + Essence Reaver not give 40% CDR anymore?

Now that it requires an outside 30% crit to get the max CDR from ES, Trinity Force alone won't be enough to get the full bonus. This is extremely detrimental to a lot of champs that relied on this combo (like the way I played Lucian). Is there anything planned to compensate for this? Or is this intentional?

And by detrimental to a lot of champs you mean just you playing an off build lucian? Essence reaver is disgustingly strong if you can even remotely use it, as it is extremely overloaded compared to other ad items.

Essence Reaver never gave 40%. It capped at 30%
