Can you fix matchmaking?

You can search this game up, and I don't care how bad I did, or that I did worse than my team. I don't care about anything other than the clear disparity in matchups and teams in order to "make queue time faster". You think that was fun? I spent 10 seconds getting in to a game that was surrendered at 15 minutes because none of us won, and it really didn't help the start of the game morale seeing 3 of our members sub-30 vs two diamonds and a plat. Literally, sub-30s. 3 of them. And if it's not on my team, it's on the enemy team, and that isn't fun either. There's no IMPROVEMENT. No bloody PRACTICE. I don't LEARN anything from pairing with/against sub-30s, because even if they're Challenger-tier players behind those accounts, they won't have their runes or masteries fully fleshed out. It's immediately imbalanced no matter how you look at it.

Fix this. This is ridiculous. I had a damn good laugh at the estimated team MMRs, too, but I know that's just a third-party site's estimation. Still hilarious.
