I'm getting unranked people in my ranked games

Hey, so I've been gold for two seasons and while playing ranked now, I've had games where I get at least two ranked people and the other team usually gets people of the proper MMR (silver/gold), so seeing this maybe once might be a cute story, but it's starting to feel really unfair. Can there be a fix to the system soon? It's really annoying to have to work to get to a rank and then have throngs of people who just started playing in the games you're in. Not to say playing with newbies is bad, but it's not fair when it's in ranked and they can't do their job properly.
