I feel like Rakan's "Xayah Bonus" should be on his Q instead of his E.

With the current system, it doesn't feel like you are getting "Double Range" when targeting a Xayah.

It feels like you are getting gypped out of your escape when you are targeting anyone else.

So, here's my suggestion.

First, change his E to be the same range versus all champions. This range would be halfway between the current "Xayah Range" and "Other Range". Because Rakan still wants to protect his lovebird, the range would be extended to live values when targeting a Xayah with low health.

Second, change his Q to give Xayah a healing circle when Rakan lands Q. It's more in line with what Xayah gives to Rakan, it doesn't feel like you are missing out when you aren't with Xayah, and it encourages the couple to get closer.

Win-rates don't mean much on a newly released champion. It takes little over 2 weeks to get a solid grasp of gameplay. That'd be like saying Xayah and Rakan's banrates are indicative of their power.

All newly released champs tend to have off win-rates, and high ban-rates.

If you actually look into the people who have played Rakan consistently you'll see their win-rates with him a pretty bonkers. He's a high-skill floor champion afterall.

They should increase the range of the E and just make him go faster to Xayah. The lover's leap is enough of a unique interaction, honestly. Unless they plan on adding more character interactions and changing things from time to time due to story developments, it's a batshit crazy idea to start with.

they shouldnt increase the range of his e for every1 that isnt xayah he already has tons of mobility and is hard af to catch this would make it too frustrating to play against him

Should also make his ult a gap closer and give telepathic range on the feathers at global distance so xayah can get a penta with one button. What you're suggesting is utterly ridiculous, no he does not need more get away mechanics. He needs readjustment and balalncing atm he is far too safe to play, people say he is easy to beat and counter blah blah i know this i've beating rakan left and right but it's not the champion i've been beaten but bad players. Any decent to good player playing him will dominate the game.

Personally I think the buffs they give each-other to be 'meh' anyways, but they work really well anyways. The buff Rakan gets from Xayah isn't that great tbh. I think it's mostly a mental thing of "I technically COULD Dash that far" when you see that second circle. His initial E dash isn't that small, and it's pretty reasonable.

They're supposed to be played together, and they're supposed to be stronger together. I think everyone is jumping on the "XAYAH AND RAKAN NEED BUFFS/NERFS" train way to quickly. To be honest they're pretty balanced.

why? that would be to broken max feathers she can have out at once is around 13-17 as is and you want to increase that to over 20+ feathers.

The double range means that Rakan can go with a much riskier playstyle and he can go deeper all-in when he is with Xayah. I think that interaction is cool, Rakan's Q already heals for a lot.
