Zilean Ideas

Ekko reminded me of another time mage. One that Riot killed and left to rot.

Passive Timeless power Upon Casting an ability, Zilean gains a stack of Timeless power for 10 seconds, up to 3 stacks Each stack reduces the base cooldowns of his spells by 1 second.

This is not like Ryzes old passive. Ex, if zilean casts his ult, e, and q, if he casts W, it will be on a 3 second cooldown.

Q Time Bomb
10 second cd, 60 mana Zilean Shoots a malicious Time rune in a line, marking every unit hit. Allies may also be marked. Once the Rune has passed through one unit, it will stop at the first terrain it meets, and also leave a mark there. After 4 seconds, the marks detonate, dealing X+(.9ap) magic damage to them and surrounding units. Allies will not be damaged, but surrounding units will be. Enemies may not be damaged by more than one detonation from the same Rune, but those caught in multiple explosions will be stunned for 0.5 seconds for each detonation past the first, up to 2 seconds at 4 detonations. Marking an enemy who already had a mark on him will cause the first to detonate immediatley.

I would like to have that reverted to the way it was to Pre rework, but riot loves their skillshots. This one does the same damage it always has, but in a much larger area, with being able to mark all units in a line and the terrain.

W 10/9/8/7/6 second cd 35 mana Rewind Zilean reduces the cooldowns of his other abilities by 10 seconds.

Same as pre rework, applies to ultimate again.

E 10/9/8/7/6 second cd 60 mana Target ally or enemy champion is marked with Time Warp for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds Allies with Time Warp gain 60% movespeed, 20% attack speed, and 10% CDR. Enemies with time warp are slowed by 60%, have their attackspeed reduced by 20%, and have the cooldowns of their basic abilities increased by 10%.

Massive steroid, whether you apply it to a vayne, Hecarim, Xerath, or yourself. The Negative CDR doesnt apply to ultimates because that is just too harsh for champs like Karthus.

R Chronoshift 70 second cooldown at all ranks 100 mana You know what this thing does. 7 second duration.

Not a final kit, of course, I just want to make sure noone forgets about the best grandpa in League of Legends
