How do I deal with a camping Hecarim?

Me: Caitlyn..

Caitlyn blows up Vayne on bot lane by abusing her aa range in early game to deny Vayne any farm whatsoever. Caitlyn does not however go too aggressive near enemy turret range because thats when junglers tend to gank. She gets in about two doubles in 5 minutes. So Vayne's Nidalee support finds Vayne hopeless and then decides to go AP mid. That's when hecarim comes out of no where and picks up a kill because the bastard is hella difficult to kite. K fine, I got ganked. Time for ward coverage and some passive aggressive farming while putting traps near the north brush. Hohoho Vayne is at 25% health then some pony comes in without any brush routes and its now a 3v2. So I e to safety, but the pony is too fast then i get feared then the jg kills me again. Then I guess we'd come ward the pony's jungle deeply and then take it from there. One at dragon, one at red. So then my security was regained. Placed more traps on gank routes. Blows up an amateur Vayne for awhile then gets ganked about two more times. Here comes late game and Hec is waay to tanky for me and my nexus exploded soon after. Where did I go wrong?

Build: Phantom Dancer, Bloodthirster, Botrk(for tanks), Brutalizer, Beserker

You never mentioned your support. Did you have something with no hard CC?

Yeah both of our supports were nidalee so I guess there was no cc for hec.

You might want to use Flash to force Hec's knockback to put you in a favorable position, then .90 Caliber Net away, instead of just flashing when you see him coming. I assume Hec normally rushed to get to your side or behind you before knocking you towards the enemy ADC/Supp, but if you anticipate and flash it he'll only help you. Not that it's easy to do, or not that even I could do it. Same concept as counter flashing Lee Sin ult, except Hec's has way shorter CD. Tell your jungler to camp top, and play bot super safe, so you trade tower for tower at the very least.

I really wanted to shut down Vayne at all costs because I understand that she's a late game carry. I do however am interested in the whole flash before hec charge to auto away. The problem came from my backdoor attempts. I decided to splitpush bot and top lane. Once I tried to take out turrets on top lane then comes Hecarim. Pony is way too fast and I try my best to deal in some type of damage. Hecarim chased me into the jg forcing me to flash juke towards his blue buff brush. Is there any way to solo him without having my hp drop 40% with one charge and q?

Always ward deeply when the enemy jungler is someone like Hecarim, Nocturne, or Udyr. If he's camping your lane, play it a bit safer and hope that your team takes advantage of that. You can also try to keep the enemy laners low at all times so when Hec comes they can't help him kill you.
