So, Where Does Teemo Fit In The Meta?
The best I can think of is just a top lane, lane bully. I feel like people just treat him like a meme, without seeing that he really needs to have something going for him.

He doesn't fit into the meta. And probably never will with his kit. Where is he normally played? Top lane. He's a fairly good match-up into melee with no gap-closer. Garen, Nasus etc.
he is fun to go support when the enemy has a melee support. really messes leona up and its funny watching her try to stun you.
Teemo jungle is actually really good but it just doesnt make sense so people dont do it.
