50000000000000001 votesIs the active kinda like mini Alistar ult? I don't think the active would be used for kiting at all. The item gives too much MR for it to be a good AP carry item, and no AD to be an AD carry item. As a tank, your job isn't to kite. Your job is to soak up all the damage. It'll probably be used for engage (when you're getting poked down) or escape (when you get ganked while splitpushing, etc.).

HadesBlades1 votesI mean think of all the Ap assassins that would build this first... :0 and the rush on it for most mages. Gives Ap MR health, movement speed, healing, and reduced damage... that just sounds broken for APs not just tanks
