based on lolkings info he's has the lowest winrate in the game, and is the 10th least popular champ atm, this is really disappointing honestly. they gave him a failed rework, and then more nerfs on top of that. rito definitely knows how to make a champ go from a top tier mid laner to.. i dont even know now, a mediocre support? i never thought the gragas i used to play would become the next urgot.. seriously.

i think it's fair to say he deserves some buffs.. for a start id at least like to see the damage reduction on his q to minions removed.

He does probably need a buff some where. Is worth mentioning though that Gragas's winrate is probably going to be lower than it should because of Alistar syndrome in terms of his ult being used improperly saving enemies and getting allies killed.

i think they should

-slightly increase mana pool/regen -give his q a faster charge up time -remove the damage cap on q towards minions

Gragas could use a buff.

When Gragas was the dominant mid laner, it was because his kit was busted. Fat man was the fastest roamer in the game. Faster than Kassadin before R nerfs fast.

My lil bro who plays him doesn't like the fact drinking costs mana now. Pre rework pre nerf it was a free spell. Now the tap is no longer unlimited.

But man. I dunno how he really went from a strong and personally annoying pick to most likely underpowered so easily... Never ever see him anymore.

I think the Damage Cap on Minions was the Main Problem Riot had With Gragas. He became Oppressive as soon as he was able to do decent wave clear.

I would Honestly focus on his Tankier Stats. Make him the Tankier AP Bruiser that Riot intended with the Rework, instead of the Wave clear mage.

In all Honesty, I currently use Gragas as a Jungler. His Minion damage nerfs does not apply to Monsters, and He has the Sustain to handle the new Jungle. Though I would Keep him niche, for when Our team Lack significant Magic damage.
