i strongly feel the slow on rlyais is fine. i wouldnt mind this "nerf"

i wouldnt mind rylais just going to 800hp and 20ap. and keeping the slow

i think those numbers are fine. if you hit rylais gold value too much no one will buy it

for many champs this would actually be a buff

imagine full AP brand (current) with this new rlyais. what happens? he still slows you to death and destroys you, but not he just needs maybe 2 extra seconds to do it?

however i think looking at fairness, a item like rylais or mallet should be mostly tank (health) and low damage in order to feel fair. so fine. im totally fine with this nerf

give rylais 20AP so champs like annie or syndra dont gain tons of damage from it

but it will still be good on morde and amumu
