I am seeing teams with at least 2-3 zz'rots stalling out games.

Seriously i have seen it in quite a few games today where teams are buying multiple ZZ'rots and dropping them in each lane to prevent lanes from advancing. It is literally stalling games in a negative manner and forces people to go way out of their way (sometimes overextending to kill them so that lanes can finally push. I saw it in my last game and earlier today i saw it 3 times and yesterday i saw it twice.

It is literally becoming more and more common for the support and top laner to buy ZZ'rot and drop 1 in top and bot and then have them shove mid and there is nothing you can do about it unless you dedicate people to go kill them every time but then thats exactly what the enemy wants so its a lose lose situation.

I don't see the problem, what do you expect teams that are lategame focused to do? Roll over and die?

You can either counter with your own zzrot, group and push one of the zzrotted lanres (it has a fairly decent cooldown), push while the enemies are using zzrot, clear waves when they get too close for comfort and then resume pushing. If you take more turrets/outlevel the enemy your minions will push faster than their minions which should freeze lane in zzrot range. Finally you can get/have an ally get banner of command and make some gold while stopping them.

i just can't see how it's stalling in a negative manner when one of the complaints this season is that games are too short.
