Blitzcrank is too much to deal with for one champ

Really now, a decent blitzcrank is too much, unless u are sivir, a blitzcrank lane is just too much to handle. It's not about him landing a hook, it's his zoning, he is a top tier support forever now and the reason is clear.

I know a lot of u would say "well just dodge the hook" but it's really not that simple, u have Really hard time farming, and one tiny mistake costs ur life or all ur summoner spells.

Note im talking about jungle help, u can't rely on that every match in solo q...
