Your farm is ass. The game doesn't take into consideration things like objectives taken by your team, how fast it ended etc.

it takes into alot of factors. it also takes in other lucian players at your skill level on an average of stats. cs, kills, asst, deaths, objectives, damage, wards,
did you ward. did you buy a pink ward? did you help kill wards? all of that is in effect. even though you played well did you out preform other lucians at your skill level in all the categories? that is where the S+,S,S-,A+ ect goes into it.
id focus less about the grade and focus about what you can do to be a better player.
Welp, your warding score was 0/0/3/1 and chances are that was your largest set back.
To keep that simple, you never placed a singe pink ward, only placed 3 normal wards, and only killed 1 enemy ward. Believe it or not, but warding is a lot more important to getting an S rank than it would seem.

Seriously? "git gud" I have level 7 vayne and I've never had a game as good as this on her.
126 farm at 23 minutes isn't that great.
