Enough is enough. If they can't hold off Kat with their everyday main LCS champs, then WE can't do it either. This time, give Katarina a proper damage nerfs. Not attack speed nerfs, not HP nerfs, actual damage nerfs.

I mean, come on, you shredded off Worlds 2014 Ryze's Q (before it got reverted back a little in 5.6) & made Jayce's W & Akali's ability to proc her Q seriously clunky, Katarina needs the same nerf treatment as well.

The nerfs to her hp and hp regen aren't live which means they haven't been effecting lcs which means your thread is irrelevant.

Do you know what the difference between Katarina and Akali is? Akali attacks quickly, then hides. Katarina just has to attack over an extended period of time, out in the open. This is fine if she's rofl-stomping the whole game. But if her ult isn't quite enough? If she feeds a few kills? She's got nothing. Katarina is a snowball champion, in that if she doesn't get fed early she is 100% useless the rest of the game. You literally cannot nerf her damage. Akali got nerfed because she could be safe while behind until she catches up.

If her team can get the whole enemy team low in a 4v5 they earned the right for kat to come in and get the cleanup.

skirmishes early and mid game are where anything could happen not necessarily 5 v 5 fights... thats beyond the point of luck

The first game was not a good game to show simply because TIP's team comp was simply incapable of handling Katarina. Not that I think she's balanced, just a bad example.
