Just going to leave that here. THIS Pre season is the worst of every season in the history of league. Lets hope that once 10 YEARS pass for this game their garbage balance teams can actually accomplish something correctly ? srsly how you ppl keep your jobs I haven't the faintest idea. The way you shit all over the balance of this game ... its a MIRACLE you haven't lost your jobs yet

can I just say that I don't know what's so OP about rageblade?

I hardly see anyone using it at all, and anytime I use, I feel it's totally underwhelming.

(not popular opinion) its pretty much balanced, takes a while to stack up might be a BIT over the edge, so maybe add 50 to the cost and have melee only stack it up 1 time per hit.

Hecarim fed that Irelia to all hell. If she built bork she would have built bork she would have been just as productive but at the cost of falling off in damage compared to how much damage she was doing early battle. She got like 3 kills right off the bat and then proceeded to do things Irelia usually does after being fed; kill everything that is a living cell.

12 would fix it, Rageblade is on deathcap and IE levels of power atm
