My Issue With Riot Games

My main issue with Riot is that they don't care about the community. "But we got free skins," you say. Not that kind of caring.
I mean, the one where we give OVERWHELMING feedback against a certain change, and Riot essentially gives us a big middle finger.
- Cassiopeia From the moment the rework was put onto the PBE, there was overwhelming backlash against it. A huge majority of the players complained about it; in fact, they still complain about it. It changed a core part of Cassiopeia's identity, and, despite a lot of feedback, Riot decided to push it out anyways.
- Sona First, Sona got reworked, with a large community backlash. Then, Sona got nerfed repeatedly. Sona wasn't even a priority pick during the patches she got nerfed. Her ratios got crapped on, and, even though she saw minimal play, Riot decided to nerf her regardless, angering a large majority of the playerbase. The changes went live anyways, inspiring the #betternerfsona meme.
- Ahri Less backlash against the changes than other changes; however, many players are still upset with her Charm changes. Around 30% of Ahri's damage was removed in a single patch, removing her assassin playstyle and forcing her into the kite mage role.
- Zed/Lee Sin (Riot's Retarded Balance Team) Despite the community calling for significant reductions to the power of these two champions, both of which are very dominant, they haven't touched them. They've been oppressive, and not even a single damage number has been taken off. Zed recieved puny attack speed nerfs, while Fizz got demolished in the same patch. Riot, fire your balance team and hire new ones.
Basically, a huge portion of the community expresses their distaste for a certain feature, and it's pushed out to live despite almost nobody liking it. Despite the jungle being absolutely gold-starved, Riot decided it would be a good idea to increase the cost. Again, community backlash. Again, it gets pushed out to live.
TL;DR: I feel like Riot doesn't care about the community at all. They make changes without regard for the players who know and love their champion, and it's really quite appalling.
