(Buff) : Needs to lose stacks when dying, idk why riot removed this feature. ( Nerf) : Needs rework, He is so oppressive in the jungle just runs you down and can be real troublesome, however he is counter by one items which isn't healthy. : Does very well with conquer, might get nerfed in the future for constricting bot lane adc diversity (Pending) : He is find right know, but a soon as a sheen item is good he ruins it for everyone (Rework Pending) : Make his jungling better and get him away from support role, Crows are too oppressive in lane, don't cost too much mana. Fear counters engage too well without much thought put into it.
