Malzahar got more powerful, Veigar got more powerful, Zyra got easy, Brand is still annoying, Anivia is awkward to play, Vladimir got worse, and Cass is still under a 40% win rate. In addition to the fact that mage items got drastically shifted around for worse. Nice try Rito but the changes weren't that good.

Edit: why downvotes? is this NOT the truth? Lol okay yeah "the mage update was a 100% success"! there you go guys! Wheres the red response telling me how much they appreciate my compliments?

As for cassi she just has an issue of she's good level 1-6 and 14+

Her ulti still is so situational when you need the stun, in cases of kalista/kat/lucian(who's popular atm) her ulti is god awful. And her mana cost still force her to build tear when she already needs early game power.

Her Q, W and E are amazing her reliance on tear(Would love if I could get away with morel being the only mana item bought), conditional must-stun ulti, and her weird dip in power from level 7-13 is an issue.

I still can't identify why she's weak for level 7-13 might be her MS? idk but if they lowered her mana cost on all rank 5 skills to 60 mana, along with the incoming PBE buffs cassi will be fine.
