Option to Drop Queue After Failed Start

Can we please get an option to automatically drop ranked queue if a game has to be remade due to someone X-ing off or not making a pick? In many cases, you don't have time to reset your queue manually, so you automatically get into another game. And frequently it seems part of your party ends up on the other team, or the other team remembers your picks and starts banning them and selecting your champs. I realize both sides could do this thus making it annoying for both sides, but either way, I'd rather re-queue completely than be forced into a game where players are cheated in this fashion.
