It's more of a trade, really. Riot is trying to push more towards using your Q to heal yourself instead of just dumping a lot of HP regen and hiding the the bushes.

Oh and also: Astral Infusion (W) [ Heal for landing a Q increased to .4 from .3 low end up to .8 from .6 on high end] http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/12/122-pbe-update.html#more They decided to buff her up a little bit more. {damn, 80% on max self-heal.}

The AP ratio got buffed again on the PBE. I'd say it's a very nice trade off, and I like that it encourages her to be more active with Starcall.

It also makes HP regen items on her really bad due to how HP regen functions now on items.

This makes me sad but it's good to know. Sadly I feel my HP5 runes are all garbage now, since the regen items don't buff anything but her base stat. Might as well go full AP on her again.
