About ARURF
Yes, I'm complaining. But thing is, All Random just ruins it. Like, it removed the essence of the game all together, which would be the fun part. So many people I see cheer in champion select cause they got someone they love, then some bozo dodges and they get someone shitty next lobby. When the game does start to load after a bunch of dodges, you look at the screen then add a tally to either the "win" or "loss" area of the chart.
And some champions just always show up in "All Random." You could argue that this is a product of the repeated dodging until someone finds something they can live with, but that wouldn't happen and everyone would be happy with bans and choices. Bans are the way to go. It removes the champions in the URF meta you hate, then you can choose fun comps and builds. There's no justification for AR. You can say it's to not see the same champions every game, but that's where bans come into play. And people get to play stuff they want.
I understand everyone is sick of seeing ARURF complaints on the boards, but it's basically a mockery of what everyone wanted. I still play it because it's the next best thing, but it could have so much more potential with Hook City comps and such. If the champions are so overpowered we can fight them with other overpowered champions. It doesn't really make it fun to sit through a hundred dodges just to get shit on because "all random" decided it'd be funny to see how fast an URF game can end... If playing against the same champions are no fun, put in bans. Let the players decide. If we choose to play something stupid, our decision.
TL;DR all random kind of just destroys the fun of the mode, since there's a lot of fun to be had with certain comps and builds which we may never get to use.
And don't tell me "don't play it then." It's the next best thing, but this mode has so much more potential for the lolz and goofing around.
