Is it toxic to refuse to heal int/toxic players
As a healer, was wondering if refusing to heal people who intentionally feed and flame people is also considered toxic, or at least a reportable offense.

It depends on the situation.
If you're deliberately leaving them to die, then, yes, that's inting. Even if they are toxic. No matter how much that Yasuo has flamed you, you're still obligated to heal them as Soraka.
But if you have a reasonable excuse to not heal them (such as there being someone else to heal, it being on an ult, or needing to conserve resources), it's a dick move, but not against any rules.
I disagree. If they don't play well and take unnecessary damage,Soraka shouldn't be obligated to waste his resources to fix Yasuo's mistakes. Yasuo may not like it, but Yasuo is responsible for his own well being. Soraka isn't a mandatory safety net for the careless. If some dude decides to 1v5 and gets capped for it, it's not the Soraka's fault. I wouldn't waste my abilities to save a dumbass if it's just a waste of mana/hp.
^Agreed
Eh, maybe maybe not. Others have elaborated enough on it that I don't feel the need to go in-depth about it, however I do want to say one thing:
I'd caution against accusing others of inting, which is something that could happen in the event that you get in a disagreement with another player in-game about this. Whether you think they are inting or not, saying so in chat will not help - it will only escalate the situation and get yourself into trouble. So if you're going to choose not to heal a player for these reasons I suggest you keep quiet about it and don't mention it in chat.
Bear in mind, accusing others of trolling or inting is punishable in Riot's eyes, so it's not a good idea to do so even if you feel it is a legitimate counterargument to someone demanding healing in-game.
yes, it's griefing if it's the optimal play and you refuse because you dislike the player
I have no idea what you're talking about but sure LOL
If someone is toxic, I will always prioritize everyone else's life before their own, including myself. I simply don't care, unless they're the most fed on the team and at least one person other than myself isn't toxic on the team. If someone is truly intentionally feeding, I won't bother with them at all. However, if they're doing badly but still trying, I will focus most of my attention on that person (If the ADC is doing well and just idly farming) in order to get them some kills.
That being said, if everyone on the team is toxic (racism, sexism, offensive cussing), I'll probably have my phone in one hand, scrolling through instagram, and idly strolling around in game, occasionally casting a few shields, saving what I can, leaving what I can't. That way, there are no innocents losing LP, only unpleasant players prevented from advancing a rank.
trying to lose the game because somebody hurt your precious fee-fees? christ this community is pathetic.
No idea what you're talking about but yeah it really is!
It's your resources, do what you want with it. No one is making you use your abilities. It's not like they can't heal themselves by backing.
Well if someone is intentionally feeding then I don't think so as its unlikely to make any difference, but not healing someone because you don't like something they said is pretty lame. Its not reportable though.
yeah true but for example i had an adc that would 1v5 and then would keep doing so, so I made it a habit not to heal him anymore :/
