@RIOT about LeBlanc and her upcoming changes

Before we go through another cycle of blindly throwing out changes, let's think about this first. She had problems with her old kit, and problems with her new kit. I believe that we might be able to find some middle ground here that can fix everything. NOTE this is coming from a LB main, so I know what I am talking about.

Pros in Old Kit - -Not clunky -Great deception tool (notice singular) -Fun to play -Assassin oriented

Cons in Old Kit - -Too little of a really great deception tool. We'll get into this later. -If too fed it's a QRW dead combo. - Falls off too horribly

Summary of old kit - The kit was definitely aimed to being an assassin. The problem was that her combo happened way to fast in comparison to the other assassins. Also, she only had one deception tool which was Mirror Image. This tool was amazing! Except it was the only one...

Pros in New Kit - -Increase time it takes to deal a combo -More deception tools -Range indicator on E

Cons in New Kit -
- Waaaay too clunky -Deception tools are too unreliable (we'll get to this later too) -Can't W back if her mimic charge is on (so if she presses w and then r, she has to mimic an ability before she can return to her mark) -E plus passive combo too much damage if not an all in combo.

Summary of new kit - An interesting approach. Riot aimed to give her more deception tools. Looks good on paper, except they are WAAAY TO UNRELIABLE. Her "split second deception" is more of a forced aspect. It's not even reliable since the invisi time is .1 second and LB reappears in the same spot. The clone can't be controlled well since it only lasts 1 second. Her other clone is a nice idea, except that you can't control it and the clone's actions are way to irregular and weird, which reveals obviously that it's the clone. Her combo idea is nice, but her E and passive combo seems like it deals too much damage if it's just that.

THE MIDDLE GROUND So obviously there is mending that is needed. I believe that these new changes that I am presenting should be more healthy and fit for the deceiver.

Mirror Image should return, either in her ult or her passive. LB needs to know WHEN it will pop, so there should be a mark on her HP bar. Q should be similar to her old Q, except, instead of just instant burst or a 1.5 second wait, the sigil should deal more damage the longer it is on the target. This raises the skill cap level for LB players as well as make her more healthy. Her W damage needs to be increased. Right now her auto attacks deal more damage than it. Not to what is used to be, but in the middle damage, so maybe like 200 damage at max rank. Her E tether range is too long, but making it shorter is bad. Instead, it should gradually decrease. So if she throws it and it hits someone, the range will be what it is right now, and the longer its on them, the shorter the range will be, making LB sacrifice something to get close to get the root and extra damage. Her forced cloning with her current ult isn't too great. Maybe this is when Mirror Image can return. Making the invisi time longer, and allowing the clone to last longer, maybe like 5 seconds. Her other clone should be controlled. Also, if her other clone (the global one) is on CD, then mirror image passive should be put in place. That way the deceiver can still have good deception tools on her belt when she is caught in a pickle.

In total summary, this will make her more healthy to play against and not as clunky to play as. This also gives her good deception tools instead of ones that are forced and ones that are good but scarce.
