LoL probably needs an overhaul in its balance now

From the looks of how many problems are currently listed in the boards as well as experienced within the game itself (first blood turret, damage too high, mastery imbalance issues, assassins weak/dead and so on...) I'm starting to think that Riot might need to go to a whole overhaul of the game's balance to bring it back to an acceptable state.

Right now it looks chaotic.
