Fiddlesticks is in a bad spot..

His drain costs 120 mana, what..? I thought Riot moved past having abilities cost more mana than the ult? He's excessively mana gated. Drains helps his jungle, but for actual champions they just walk out of the tether range and now fiddlesticks is useless. He just feels mediocre to play. The Dark Wind buff to make it bounce off of him doesn't even seem like it works. New passive barely helps. His ult should include movespeed by default. I'm only writing this because fiddlesticks is a cool idea for a champion but his current kit does not do him any justice.
