i have something to say about on hit bard
STOP.
on bard is SUBSTANTIALLY WORSE than just going full AP or full tank.
on hit bard makes my balls hurt, and i severely punish anyone foolish enough to build this.
there are two options when playing solo lane bard
FULL AP
or
and 
or
. liandrys is better 80% of the time tho
FULL TANK 
for if they tryin to cc chain
for better self healios. final item is 100% situational based on enemy comp.
on hit bard is stupid and i see the same thing every time
