Death timers, Revive, Revival Quints
Hi, one thing that is really unpleasant in the game are the high death timers imo.
Why are high death timers a problem?
-
It is just unfun. We want to play the game but we are unable to do it while we are dead. Kills need to be rewarded but high death timers are the most unpleasants way to do it. A higher gold reward is much better.
-
The outcome of the game becomes more random. Later in the game one single teamfight can decide the game, even if not a single inhibitor turret or even inner/outer turret is lost yet. This means there is a big random factor, because the winner of just one teamfight doesn't need to be the overall better team necessarily. If more teamfights would be needed to win the game it would be less random. Week turrets also contributes to this problem.
How to solve the problem:
-
Lower the death timers overall.

Reintroduce the summoner spell Revive. Revive was bad because the cooldown was way to high. This spell can safe the game in the late game, but it gives no combat power, so you have to make a real choice. The CD needs to be half as high as it was. I don't know why it was removed instead of buffed.

If Revive as a summoner spell is not an option, maybe it is an option as item active. There are items like Guardian Angel, so why not an Revive item too?

Buff Revival Quints. At the moment Revival Quints lower the time dead by 5%. That is terribly bad. I never saw somebody using it and it is reasonable. Buff them to 15%, so you could reduce the time dead to 55% with three quints. They would be a choice with this change.
